Nicaragua

 

The population of Nicaragua is slightly over 6 million. The capital Managua, is the third largest city in Central America. T6he multiple- ethnic population includes indigenous peoples, Europeans, Africans, Asians and people from the middle Eastern origin. The main language is Spanish. Native tribes on the Eastern Coast speak their own Languages. The Spanish Empire conquered the region in the 16th century. Nicaragua gained its independence in 1821. The mixture of cultural traditions has generated substantial diversity in art and literature, particularly the latter given the literary contributions of Nicaraguan poets and writers. The biological diversity, warm tropical climate and active volcanoes make Nicaragua an increasingly popular tourist attraction/destination.

The reason i chose this place is personal, but i can tell you it has or had something to do with my Father.
