Physical Fitness

"Physical Fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is yet not understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."
-President John F. Kennedy

Reflection: what i think this means is that you can only do all the things you desire if you are in a good mental and physical state such as little stress and lots of physical power. As in no illness. No dirty habits. And no weakness. Most importantly you have to have a positive attitude, for example you look UN-sick, you look as if you are ready to conquer your goals and most importantly you have to be physically prepared and not be weak or damaged from either mentally, physically, or both. For example tomorrow at evening you will run the mile and after that at s8ix in the morning another mile or marathon, but you look terrible, you look into a mirror and you realize that your sick and dirty and ugly, or just perhaps that's how you look or that's your morning face, but other than that you wont be able to run the marathon which means no glory, no appreciation, and no medal or prize.
