Noemi is
basically saying that someone who chooses to be a CTR person will become an own
champion in their own life. That such a small ant can become a giant form of
existence that will change their own life and everyone else's around them. That
they can grow up to do a lot of great things in life to change themselves to
become the best person they can be.
